Connecting Through Play & Storytelling
Rural Inclusion, Support, and Education (R.I.S.E.) is a specialized nonprofit organization dedicated to delivering structured social support, peer connection, and community integration through remote TTRPG and structured collaborative storytelling — both led by special education credentialed teachers and trained Game Masters.
Current Service Offerings
1. Regular TTRPG Groups

- Cooperative Play: Small groups (4-5 players) collaborating to navigate complex narratives and practice empathy.

3. Accessibility Design
Led by our President, Jennifer Freer — a Certified Special Education Teacher — our programs are structurally tailored to support players with disabilities, learning differences, or social anxiety.
- Accommodations: Rule sets, pacing, and group compositions are customized for individual client success.
- Predictable Play: Structured check-ins and content safety tools reduce anxiety and foster psychological safety.
